What do I need to bring?

Just water and a towel. We have everything else, including showers and lockers.

What are your hours?

We're open Monday to Friday 5:30 AM to 9 PM, Saturday 7 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday 8 AM to 2 PM.

How does the free week work?

Sign up, come to as many classes as you like for seven days, and decide after. No card needed.
